What Will You be Doing?
Perform valuation including business valuations, intangible asset valuations, and purchase price allocations for financial reporting purposes under HKFRS and IFRS, and M&A purposes, for listed and Pre-IPO companies;
​
Provide support on research, financial analysis, evaluation activities, fixed income data and discount rate calculation;
​
Assist in the model building including Black-Scholes, Monte-Carlo and Binomial models for Financial Instrument team, and Discounted Cashflow and Equity Allocation models for Business Valuation team;
​
Conduct research and collect data for valuations on business, intangible assets, natural resources, and financial instruments;
​
Work with multi-location teams;
Communicate with clients (CEO, CFO and Board of Directors) and other professional parties such as Sponsors, SFC licensees, Auditors and Lawyers;
​
Participate in inbound/outbound due diligence works in HK, the PRC and overseas;
​
Research and development for ESG and Green Bonds/Valuation; and
Support Sustainability Index partnership with HK’s university.
Who Is Our Right Fit?
Degree holder in accounting, finance or related disciplines;
​
Experience in Business Valuation and Financial Instrument are preferred;
CFA candidates would be advantageous;
Proficient in English and Mandarin; and
Less experience may be considered as senior/analyst.
